The Range Of Apple iPhones
Apple currently has 7 different models of iPhone still in production. The latest iPhones are the 13, 13 Mini, 13 Pro, and 13 Pro Max.
As well as their current phones you might be interested in older versions that they are still selling. We have only included iPhones in the quiz that we think are worth considering. Face ID or Touch ID
In order for Apple to remove the home button and expand the screen to all edges of the phone they decided to remove the fingerprint reader. While other companies have opted to put the reader on the back or side or even embed it into the screen itself, Apple have developed Face ID to securely recognise your face. Face ID is included in all Apple's iPhones now apart from the iPhone SE.
Unless you have a particular preference we suggest that you will be happy with either, they both have pros and cons (Face ID has to see your face, Touch ID requires your fingerprint to be clean(!) and uncovered).
Cameras On The iPhone
The more you pay the more cameras you get on the back of the phone. But this does not mean that you need all these cameras. When buying a new iPhone one of the main considerations to make is how good a camera you want. So it is important to understand the differences between them.
All iPhones have a standard angle camera which will be the main one you will find yourself using. Currently the newer and more expensive the phone the better the camera is likely to be, however unless you are upgrading from a modern phone we think you'll be quite impressed by any of the current iPhone cameras.
The other cameras that you might find on a iPhone are telephoto, and wide angle. The newer phones are more likely to be equipped with a wide angle over telephoto, as people are more likely to want to zoom out to fit more into the shot rather than zoom in. The iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max offer all three cameras.

Battery Life On The iPhone
Compared to old "dumb" phones, smartphones have always been fairly limited by their battery life. Getting a days usage out of smartphones is expected but no more. However the recent trend for larger phones has allowed for larger batteries to be put into them. While most people are now in the habit of charging their phone once a day it is worth considering the battery life if you are a power user.
